Realty RI.com Is Closed

According to the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation, Edward and Tracie Kedzierski have surrendered their real estate licenses to DBR and have closed both the Newport Rental Guide and Realty RI.com. They informed DBR that they have released their listings and clients. As a result, neither Ms.or Mr. Kedzierski may act engage in the practice of real estate as a licensed real salesperson or broker, according to DBR.

Anyone with a financial claim for commissions, deposits, etc. against the above individuals or companies, should notify the Kedzerski’s attorney, Richard D'Addario, One Courthouse Square, Newport, RI 02840.

Yes, the foreclosures in the New Bedford/Providence area climbed 295%, but are still only 1 for every 549 households, compared to 1 for every 71 households in Oakland, CA.  When you look at it like that, it could be much worse.
